Pharmacovigilance
The Pharmacovigilance is the science responsible for analyzing suspected adverse reactions and any issues related to the use of medications, with the goal of ensuring patient safety.
At Diffucap Chemobras, our Pharmacovigilance team evaluates every report received to ensure the integrity of our patients and to continuously monitor the risk-benefit profile of our medications.
All information received is kept strictly confidential.
How to Report to Pharmacovigilance
You can notify Diffucap Chemobras whenever you become aware of a suspected adverse reaction or any situation that occurs during or after the use of a medication, such as: lack of therapeutic effectiveness, medication errors, intoxications, adverse events caused by quality deviations, use different from the one described in the package insert (off-label use), drug abuse, or drug interactions.
To report an adverse event related to one of our products, please fill out the form below or contact us at 0800 282 9800 or sac@diffucap.com.br.
If you experience serious symptoms, seek immediate medical attention.
It is important to report adverse events even if you are not certain about the causal relationship with the suspected medication, and even if the event is already described in the product’s package insert.
